1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the Seekodela app, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Platform use

Seekodela connects people looking for property in Mali — buyers (sale) or renters or guests (rental or short stay), listers — sellers (sale) or landlords (rental or short stay), and real-estate agents. You may use the app from Mali or from other countries (for example diaspora buyers and renters). Listings and on-site services focus on Malian property. These terms apply to the buyer, the renter, and the guest, and to the seller and the landlord. If mandatory consumer or data-protection rules in your country give you additional rights, those rules apply where required in addition to these terms and our privacy policy.

• Listings must describe a real, available property.
• Messaging is for visit coordination and property-related exchange — not to bypass service fees.
• Seekodela may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, or repeated rule violations.

3. User verification

Verification tiers (N1–N4) and badges indicate the level of Seekodela review on a listing or profile. They are not a legal guarantee of ownership, land title, the right to rent, or absence of hidden defects. The buyer (sale) or the renter or guest (rental or short stay) — depending on the listing type — remains responsible for on-site checks and official due diligence. This duty applies to the buyer, the renter, and the guest.

4. Payments

Seekodela service fees — coordinated visits (Visit Pass), listing verification, listing boost, and other professional options — may be paid in the Seekodela app or outside the app. When a fee is paid outside the app, a Seekodela agent contacts you to arrange payment by any means you agree together. The policies shown before each confirmation and in Accompanied visits (My purchases / My visits) apply in both cases. Amounts, timelines, and rules for each service (including visit cancellation) are described there. Listing boost is not refundable. For other services, when a refund is eligible under the policy shown, it is not automatic: Seekodela reviews each request. If we approve a refund, we aim to return the money by the same means you paid, in FCFA. In many cases this happens within 48 business hours after approval, but timing can vary and is not guaranteed. No refund in foreign currency is offered.

5. Intellectual property

The Seekodela brand, interface, product copy, and visual assets belong to Seekodela. You retain rights to content you publish (photos, descriptions) and grant Seekodela a limited licence to display that content as part of the service.

6. Limitation of liability

Seekodela is an intermediary platform. We are not a party to sale or rental contracts between users. To the extent permitted by law, Seekodela is not liable for indirect losses, disputes between parties, or inaccurate information supplied by third parties. The service is provided "as is" with reasonable efforts toward security and moderation.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms or our privacy policy from time to time. The current version is available in the app and at seekodela.com. When we make material changes, we may notify you in the app before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms, unless applicable law requires your explicit consent.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Mali, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Bamako, Mali have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or the Seekodela service, except where mandatory consumer or data-protection law in your country requires otherwise (for example if you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom).
